Climbing and balancing

Trevor can now climb into pretty much anything. His favourite is the laundry bin. He’ll position himself on all fours next to it and then lift one leg sideways to get in. If that doesn’t work, he’ll put the bin in sideways, crawl into it and try to flip it down with his weight. Finally he will bring me to the bin and climb into it while holding onto me.

Shaky ground

Trev’s particular think this week is standing on couches or other uneven ground, falling over and laughing about it.

No photos please

I’ve been getting more requests for new photos than I can possibly satisfy. Every once in a while, particularly in the evening, I will take the camera and take photos of Trev only to get about a dozen photos of toys

or back of his head…

back

Admittedly, he had been so busy, sometimes all I see is the back. Particularly now that he walks everywhere, I tend to give him a hand and walk with him, but I can just see the top of his head. He also insists on going for strolls so there are whole stretches of time when I don’t get to see his expression unless I park the carriage and walk over in front of it.

And even if I get him, sometimes the pictures are fuzzy…

Totally walking

Trevor was a bit sicky earlier last week, but he has recovered well. His nona came over to see him and they had a great time together.

Megablocks

Trevor still loves climbing and is getting much better at keeping his balance. He walks rather than crawls most of the time. He is particularly good with throwing and catching balls and can put megablocks together with ease.
